Can you combine two stores in the same space? That’s what we’ ve tried to do here!

The store is a hair salon, but with the diversity that has to look alike a bar and service the clients with some soft drinks and coffee at the same time! It has to be a place of social interaction and public discourse. In some instances, barbershops are also public forums.

Influenced from the NY city barber shops of the 1900s, the aspects that we have tried to take in consideration here are the colours and the materials (green walls, dark red brown wood, b&w pavement tiles) ,also, some old vintage furniture and objects and try to combine them applying modern techniques and adding a touch of minimal design. In that way, we ‘ve obtained as a result, a nice warm unique retro minimal look!
