The design of the food mall must reflect and absorb characteristics from the traditional architecture of the greek islands, must be integrated to the surrounding environment and become a part of it. Not so difficult if you consider the fact that if you use blue, white for colours, light wood, curved edge concrete as materials you are almost there..but when you have to deal with kiosk malls which, size and shape are legislated then you have to solve various problems through various architectural factors. In the end, though, we think that we managed to surpass that obstacles and create a beautiful warm Cycladic place to eat!
