Our proposal for the design and construction of a model, affordable student housing in Limassol. The design criteria that our entry took into account where the simplicity of the building volume and its typology, the sustainability of our design process, more precisely, a lot of green areas, the key was to try to obtain at the same time an economic solution. The diversity and the main feature of the proposal is based on the fact that we have increased 50% of the green area, by planting large balconies, while try to maintain constant as much as we could, the volume of the buildings. As a result, we have a big garden and every student apartment.
