| ο κήπος ως χώρος εκτόνωσης, μας συνδέει με την φύση, προσφέρει ηρεμία, χαρά, διασκέδαση, άθληση, υγεία. Η Αρχιτεκτονική λύση εδώ, περιστρέφεται γύρω από τον κήπο. Η Αρχιτεκτονική σύνθεση σε αυτήν την περίπτωση, δίνει μεγάλη βαρύτητα, στην αυλή του σπιτιού τοποθετώντας την, στο κέντρο της επίλυσης και σχεδιάζοντας όλους τους χώρους της οικίας γύρω από αυτόν. The necessity here was to focus on the garden, the house needs to face the garden and the garden must be as big as it can get based on the size of the plot. That’s why the L shape of the villa. Every room, every space, faces the garden, every window looks at the garden, as a result we can get a connection of the exterior and the interior of the house. It is like we are living into the nature. Some other characteristics of this project, are, the simplicity of the volumes, three main volumes, where each one of them represent the traditional Mediterranean house with the red tiles, two of them in order to form an L shape and the third one on top of them. Minimal, simple, economic, ecofriendly. |
