Συμμετοχή του αρχιτεκτονικού γραφείου PC Architects σε αρχιτεκτονικό διαγωνισμό, όπου οι συμμετέχοντες καλούνται να σχεδιάσουν κοινοτικές κατοικίες στην πόλη της Λάρνακας, στην Κύπρο.

Η αρχιτεκτονική ιδέα βασίζεται στη μορφή του κύβου του Ρούμπικ, πιο συγκεκριμένα σε έναν “κομμένο” κύβο σε τριγωνικά κομμάτια. Ο σχεδιασμός και η κατασκευή πρέπει να είναι οικονομικά αποδοτικά, πρακτικά, λιτά και να εξυπηρετούν όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερα τους μελλοντικούς ενοίκους.

Our proposal for the social housing competition by PC Architects. The project focuses on minimal, economical, simple, and sustainable solutions. The main concept is inspired by the Rubik’s Cube – not exactly, but imagine a cube being thrown into the competition area and breaking into triangular pieces.

The design and construction aim to be practical, cost-effective, and streamlined, while serving the needs of future residents as efficiently as possible.
